This booklet delineates seven reasons responsible for slavery of India. The first emasculating factor was varna-system based on birth. This division of labuor was based on false notions, unscientific, selfish and full of exploitation. This system weakened Hindus in an ardent manner that still they could not come out of its slumbering effect. Second notion was soul, God and theory of reincarnation which made people scared and sheepish. Third point was that Brahmins lacked farsightness and patriotic feeling and exhausted all their capabilities to make their fellows untouchables. Hinduism was entrapped by economic advantages and deviated from the path of spiritual emancipation. Fourthly, Buddhism provided them a respectful identity and showed them way of liberation was thrashed by Manuvadins. The ray of hope disappeared in the dark. Fifthly, sanctimonies and superstitions enervated Indians. Sixthly, Bhagavad-Gita, known as pathway of detached duties made them coward and timid. Lastly, in adversities, no god or goddess came forward to save them and Indians paid for their lenience.
